While there is a rain delay, I have a golf question.

After today's round in the national championship of golf, the top 15 teams advance, correct?

Can someone tell me what the remaining process is? Is it one round to get the Top 8 and then match play?

If so, when are the match play rounds?

Yes top 15 teams make the cut after todays round 3. Then tomorrow they play to the top 8 to qualify for match play. The scores don't reset they are still cumulative for the 4 total rounds even though the field is cut to the top 15 teams.

Match play is seeded by finish in the stroke play. 1v8, 2v7, 3v6, 4v5. 5 matches. First team to 3 matches wins. I believe they play off all matches and no halves.

You have it right. Top 15 today. Top 8 tomorrow. Then I think it's two matches per day for two days to decide the winner.

Individual champion is decided before match play begins.
