What video was the ACC watching?

Here's the ACC's official comment on the hit on Gallman:
"Gallman was trying to drive in low with the ball and Wright came flying in, delivering a blow that caught Gallman on the shoulder and snapped his neck sideways."
I haven't got a clue what the ACC was watching, but it sure as #### wasn't what I saw Saturday afternoon. Maybe Swoffie was watching the parade of the UNCheat athletes going to classes. As far as I'm concerned, the ACC's response was worse than Doeren's comment on his TV show.
Hey, ACC, why don't you just pack it in and tell coaches not to send in any more films for review? Give me a break.

Re: Shoulder hit - B.S. The physics doesn't work..

From a physics standpoint.. IF, the shoulder was hit first his head motion would have initially gone towards the incoming defender, but that's not what you see in the slo-mo replay. His head is initially knocked in the same direction of travel as the incoming defender. Thus, the initial contact was helmet to helmet. (sidenote.. No hands/arms appear to be attempting to tackle Gallman).
The ACC appears to be falsifying the information, and is covering for their refs, and should be reprimanded by the NCAA.
I'm not a lawyer, but is there a potential criminal lawsuit case? against those involved, including the ACC; OR, are they immune from that? Anyone know?
This non-call is BS, IMO. It couldn't have been more blatant. GO TIGERS!!!

have zero depth perception.
If you can't see the top of the defenders helmet hitting Wayne in the ear hole/chin area then there is no hope for you.
Someone's head doesn't fly to one side without forcible contact.
Next thing you know they will find a pristine bullet somewhere close.

Like Neal said, hits to the shoulder always snap your head and cause concussions... and knock you out cold. Good call, ACC. It's so comforting to know that the replay booth has instant access to Greensboro during all ACC football games. What a joke! When Clemson wins a football game, you won't hear me chanting ACC...ACC...ACC...

Totally agree. Other than Gallman getting hurt, the ACC response is by far the worst part of this entire thing. Seriously, you can't honestly say the crown of the helmet is not what he was leading with, the shoulder just happened to hit as well but that's not where he was trying to make impact. Such a joke.

I don't want anyone to hit them and then get me a concussion.
