Glad they are back, but it seems like we may have all paid the consequences for Beasley and Crawford's actions. Lets don't even get started on Shaq Anthony.

"Learning experience?" Why not have those in practice, rather than in humiliations on national TV? Was this a "learning experience" for UGA? If we upset S.C. state, there's another "learning experience" awaiting us at FSU. With all these "learning experiences," when does Dabo graduate?

What kind of learning experience will Dabo and Clemson get from the Florida State game?...
This is the game Tigers need to be working on, not SC State.
Success can be defined as only victory.

the last few years? Fine, let's work on FSU, completely ignore SC State, and then when they come in here for their Super Bowl and beat us, at least we'll be ready for the Seminoles!

Schools weren't divided into Division 1 and Division 1AA (later FBS and FCS) until the 1970s. Before that they were all in the same division and thus ostensibly on a level playing field.

And we might put him in at some point, but the starters and 2nd team need the PT to make them sharper. The lower squads will get plenty of PT, but the starters will get to hone a little I bet.

I'm so sick of hearing on TV how UGA "trounced, stomped us, ran over us," but it seems to happen wit some team every year. Something's wrong with this program.

I believe we do have the 2nd (at least in the terms they measure graduation and academic progress), but we will keep trying to get better.

I hope he is talking not just about the players because the coaches did not do a very good job either. Last nights article about how lopsided the score is when we do lose a game really opened my eyes up. We haven't lost that many games over the last several years but, I did not think the score was that lopsided. For some reason we have yet to learn from that experience because we keep revisiting them.

some of the dabo backers are learning that we should have hired a football coach. Which game looked worse? This one or the West Virginia game?
He sure can run that mouth, though. Maybe one of the 83,000 baptist churches in and around clemson will hire him to run the mouth.

We didn't lose 52/28 to a team we were suppose to beat at home. We weren't upset by a lesser team at home either.

Running back
Sep 2, 2014, 3:41 PM
|
|
We need a threat in the backfield. Dont wanna down any player, but DJ is very basic in his running..not shifty and too small to run straight ahead with power. We dont have a star on offense to just be one dimensional, the run game has to help us pass the ball

Well, in reality Gurly is one of the very best in the country. Not many teams have a guy like him (he is on Heisman watch lists for a reason), but to your point, we do need a much better and more dependable running game. Maybe we have that back in Choice or one of the others, but DJ doesn't seem to be that back.

Learn to move the ball on good defenses consistently. Every time we face a good defensive coach, Chad Morris reminds me of the coach from the waterboy when he faced the coach who took his playbook. Except Morris never gets his courage up.

Our Ol (OR lack thereof) was a major factor in the loss. Plus our lack of any effective tight end play, our lack of a top-flight RB. We just got beat by a much better team.

They did have several out, too, but not having two of our key players was huge. They made the adjustments that shut us down in the 2nd half. We seemed never to figure out how to adjust to their adjustments. Our O never got any footing in the 2nd half, and our D never figured out how to stop Gurley all day, and our receivers dropped too many catchable balls.

I would rather hear him say; We got our butt 's kicked in the second half. We didn't earn earn what Clemson is paying us this past weekend. That all, I've have to go to work now.
