We made it to our hotel room in Weatherford, Texas about an hour outside of Fort Worth. Even though we're not gonna be here the whole night we just had to get a room, we've driving since 2:00pm eastern time yesterday. We'll leave here around 5:00 pm this afternoon, hopefully we can workout something with the receptionist to pay the room foward for a family or something, don't want our money to go to waste.
Interesting story: Riding down I-20 I got pulled over for speeding, the cop came up to my window and as soon as he got to me he said "I know where you guys are headed, beat the heII out of Bama it'll make my year" wrote me a warning and let me go. Huge Texas fan, said he loves what Dabo is doing and said Watson is another Vince Young but even better. Anyway, it's 8:18am over here, about to get some shut eye and rest up!! We're halfway there!

You have 4 drivers and you only made it 1000 miles??? Man that's weak. I used to do 750 miles a few times a year going between school and home by myself in 11 hours. You guys need to step up or at least say that you're stopping at strip clubs on the way or something.
Keep giving the updates though, I am enjoying them.
