There are obviously some exceptions to the rule. A few trolls this week come to mind.
But overall, I've had good experiences on their visits to Death Valley. I haven't been to UL yet, but after two away visits by Clemson fans, I hear good things about that away trip and the vast majority of their fans.
If that's the case, what a shame they have human garbage for administration and coaching.
Went to game this past weekend and must say the Louisville fans were very gracious before the game. Also, very complementary of the Tigers after the game. Of course you will have one bad apple in every cart, but overall a very polite and courteous fan base.
I couldn't make the trip this year but my son and I went up for the game 2 years ago. It was the best road trip I've taken...well, aside from the Natty. We got there Thursday evening and spent Friday at the Louisville Slugger factory, the Ali Center, and the Evan Williams Bourbon tour. Saturday before the game we went to the races at Churchill Downs and walked over to the stadium from there. Not once were we heckled or intimidated by any of their fans. We got nothing but handshakes, congratulations, and "come see us again" from their fans after what was a hard-fought game. I hope we can make it up there again.
