Klubnik doesn't need to win games by himself. Just manage and command the offense. Have fun, play free, play smart and play consistent.

Doesn't it seem like it's taking Cade longer to adjust to the college game than it did like a Tajh Boyd or a Trevor Lawrence. Maybe they struggled the same way that Cade has been, and we just didn't hear about it, but it does seem that the offense became their offense a lot sooner than it's taking for Cade...

Trevor Lawrence was Trevor Lawrence.

Boyd didn’t start until his third year in the program, and while he was extremely talented, I think even some of us on TigerNet could have thrown a couple TDs with his supporting cast on offense. Even with all that talent around him, Boyd had some head scratchers for games.

TL16 was a freak of nature like DW4. TB10 redshirted and served as a backup until his RS SO year.

So I'd say Cade may be closer to TB in terms of development than TL. But that ain't a bad thing if he makes the jump TB did because we exploded in offense that year with first year OC Chad Boy Morris

I was thinking the same thing as I was reading this. I don't want to be overly critical but it just seems like we are always reading about how "Cade bounced back from a bad day or bad practice." The lack of consistency and getting in, and staying in a positive rhythm, continues to be an ever present challenge.

I'm really hoping Cade can take a big step forward this season, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit concerned, especially having to face UGA in the first game out of the gate.

Without an Offensive Line - everyone looks bad even when they are not

Clemson Football has failed these 5Star QBs so far. And they are starting to take note / not come to Clemson. This will change but this is where we are at.

There is a reason Matt Luke was pulled out of retirement and we are ALL IN on OL recruiting and coaching. It was that bad that it destroyed the program.

I’m liking what I am hearing. I believe bad offensive line play and immaturity caused the bad plays Cade made last year. If he gets protection and confidence he can be an All ACC candidate. He just has too much talent and with our wide receivers getting healthy and if Wesco can provide some great plays as a freshman we can win the conference.
