I agree. Doesn't seem to be a fair fight. I'd have to pick the guys in their teens and twenties over those in their fifties.

2015 team and its not even close. Bigger, faster, stronger athletes and the game has evolved so much more.

this^^^... the average weight of any lineman was probably about 260-270... todays players would absolutely maul players of old.

Chuckle. I respectfully disagree! The 2015 team would be introduced to crack back blocks, being high and lowed in the trenches, defender's not counting their step before they buried the quarterback, they would be awe struck by players making tackles without helmets and lining up for next play and heaven help that defenseless player.

the 2015 team wins. Athletes are much bigger, faster and stronger these days. But the 1981 team will have bragging rights; they won it all.

and faster now, then I would give it to the 81 team.

That team was just physically nasty on both offense and defense. Perry was a beyond his years. If he played today, it would be like having a 345-350 lb DL that could outrun your TB.

15 tigers would only get about 5-6 possessions the whole game. Special teams of 81 team would dominate. 81 team would be gassed but would have the depth to substitute. 81 team would have better looking uniforms.
