Alabama has ever been called for targeting since the implementation of that rule. I've only watched Alabama a couple of times and this year and it seems I recall they had plays in those games where I thought, "we've had a player ejected for less than that".
If Mike Williams doesn't come back in that game we might not have pulled it out. I wonder given the subjective nature of the call if referees in general are afraid to call this against Saban.

#10 could have been called more than twice. I saw at least 3 more hits where he lead with his head. Bet he sure does have a headache that will last for a long time!
