Too many cooks in the kitchen

Not a fan of 2 coordinators and 2 QBs. Game plan and play calling was Jv at best and it shouldn’t be rocket science with our personnel. Play callers and QBs need a rhythm..as the old saying goes if you have 2 QBs you don’t have one. ..same could be said for OC. We can debate Scelliott and kb/tl...but there is really no debating the best OC and QB tonight were in maroon! Thankful for the win! But more questions than answers for me

It is eerily similar to when Rob Spence was our OC. For all of the discussion about how brilliant the offensive strategy was then, we couldn’t wven execute the basics against good defenses. It feels the same way now.
I’m tired of the overly complicated crap we try to do now. Line up, block somebody, throw some passes downfield, and hand the ball off to running backs too. Keep doing what’s working. And don’t change it until the other team can consistently stop it.

This times 1,000. There was ZERO rhythm in that game, half the time the play calls made no sense. The problem is, it wasn’t just last night. Last year as well, and we have no idea how often DW4 audibled at the line of scrimmage.

Also agree 1000 times. With personnel we have, we don't need to be perfect and complex with play calling. We should be able to tell people what we're going to do and dare them to stop it.
