Hoping B.T. Potter has an NFL opportunity and a long career!
For anyone from the State who might find it interesting!
I searched for another post on this and did not find any. If it's been posted; just ignore of course.
BTW, I would "almost" be willing to wager Rock Hill has more than 75K. There is a UHaul or some type of moving truck around here seemingly daily from Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Michigan, and New York! And multiple apartments are being constructed and "having full occupancy" before the construction is even finished: just like the houses that are going up! It's insane! Enough of my rant about the great migration to my fair city!
Here you go!

You need to visit some of these small villages up here in the Blue Ridge if you want to see a genuine migration! It’s unbelievable what is happening! But it’s a great place to live. Especially if you lived most of your life in the Bronx or Columbus or Miami etc. Sure am glad I invested in land rather than the stock market. As a boy I grew up just minutes away from the mountain land around Tryon and Gowensville and Landrum. Back then you could have bought any of this “wasteland” for 100 bucks an acre. But who had a hundred!? Now it’s all resort with amazing golf courses, unbelievable horse ranches and wealth beyond belief. What a world we are blessed to have in America. Just as you I’m concerned about our leadership and have been for many years. To great of a country to turn over to professional politicians.
Go Tigers. Win.

Yeah, in terms of where people are moving to. If it's H.S. football; there is no comparing the two. LOL!

What's with the sign coming in from Newport just before the airport that all it says is "Why did the Chicken cross the road"? Do you know, HillRockTiger®?

I think Charlotte ate Rock Hill while South Carolina wasn't watching.
Driving in Charlotte feels to me like driving in Los Angeles. And Rock Hill traffic is as bad as Charlotte. Fort Mill and Indian Land are now Charlotte suburbs. Lancaster will also soon be swallowed up by Charlotte.
(Yep, I sound just like my grandfather did back in the 1960s when the population of South Carolina was one quarter what it is today.)
