I had to do some google searching to understand what you were talking about. And, honestly, I'm not surprised by Coke's training program telling white employees to "try to be less white."
My previous employer is a major "Big 4" global consulting firm. The last year I was there we had to attend a 2-day mandatory training session on inclusivity. I figured it would be the typical "diverse teams work best" stuff I'd heard for years. Wrong. It was 2 days of pointing out how evil straight white males are and how people like me have caused all of the world's problems. 95% of the people in that room were straight white males. It did not go over well.
I quit about 3 months later and started my own consulting firm. My first client was a major bank HQ'd in Charlotte who proceeded to fire my former firm and replace them with my people (who all quit and joined my company for the same reasons).
That said... I suspect Coke will lose some good employees over this. Big corporations are all trying to CYA right now with regards to racism and inclusivity. And if you don't want that message repeatedly shoved down your throat, go work for a smaller company.

This is an easy one. I like whichever my wife and kids don't like. That way my drinks last longer

I have taken mango or grapefruit flavored water to the lake/pool/tailgate/picnics for years. No one ever accidentally finishes my drink if I set it down (not even my own teenager).
