OLE FREAKIN' MISS
Dec 12, 2012, 8:04 AM

What are they telling these kids? Just about every player that has us on the list now has OLE MISS. They were not on the list until RN decommitted from CU.
First one that pi**ed me off was Laswon, but now Blazevich from Charlotte. Look at his list, OLE MISS doesn't belong.
Who is the bag man at OLE MISS?

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that Ole Miss is paying out money big time. They've never been able to get a four star to even visit, much less a five star.

they also hate black people. all of Mississippi does. they are the rebels with a confederate flag or until rescently. the nra, I mean the KKK is alive and well on campus there. Have you seen Mississippi Burning? That was in 2001. It could be that they pay better after I think about it.

Dude there was a Confederate flag flying in front of the South Carolina state house up until a couple of years ago, wasn't there? This is a case of the pot calling the kettle black.

it is not even the Confederate flag...it is the racist flag that was chosen by Conner Shaw's people many years ago.
it will be gone in a few years as the old trash in the SC government dies off

it is the rectangular battle flag of Lee's ANV....the one most South Carolinians fought under. The compromise guaranteed it would fly next to the soldier's monument forever, Chapin. Sorry to hit you with the facts.

Head Coach...
Dec 12, 2012, 8:56 AM
|
|
Guy is very charismatic. He relates to the kids through his experience with the kid from the Blind Side. He is one of those "up and coming" type younger coaches. Not saying he is a good coach or they will get any better but these coaches today have to be good sales people and he's apparently pretty good at it.

The Memphis Scam
Dec 12, 2012, 8:58 AM
|
|
Remember a few years back when TN turned in Bama? What was the charge? Money was being funneled through the casinos on the river in Memphis to the high school coach. What SEC institution sits due south of Memphis and is the closest SEC school? Ole Miss! They invented this money laundering scam. TN chose to turn in Bama because they were the threat and not Ole Miss.
It is well known that this stuff started at Ole Miss and it was ratcheted up uder dirty ole Ed Orgeron. The boosters are out of control at that place and they think they are untouchable.

Oxford is a nice college town and there is a lot of excitement in that program right now. They finished off a solid first season with Freeze by blowing out Miss St. Had they been able to play a complete 4th quarter they would've beaten TAMU, Vandy and LSU and be sitting at 9-3 playing on NYD.
I've been very, very impressed with Hugh Freeze since his introductory presser and the guy has won pretty big at every stop in his career. He even won multiple girls basketball state titles. The ESPN All-Access show they did of Ole Miss also came across very well. I bet recruits really enjoyed seeing that.
On the flipside of your comments, alot of SEC people cannot understand why recruits would consider Clemson.
They may be paying kids, I don't know, but I can definitely see the interest of checking them out.

Yep, you know when Dabo started pulling the 5 star kids out of Florida that those fans were wondering what was being paid. I think it really just comes down to being a hardworking recruiter. Some coaches do it and some don't.

A large portion of Blazevich's family went to Ole Miss. That's why he is looking at them. FWIW, as of several months ago, I was told that Blazevich himself doesn't like Ole Miss. Obviously that could change.
