Nutshell (I still think Dabo can right this ship)

Here's my thoughts in a nutshell:
The thing I've been upset about the last 3 seasons is coming to fruition. Dabo and Dabo alone has created this mess. He hired friends, family, and ex-players to create his coaching staff that had zero to minimal college coaching experience. He basically surrounded himself with a bunch of people that I call "yes" men and will never challenge him. Here's what we're looking at when these guys were hired 2-3 seasons ago as it pertains to college football coaching experience:
1) OL Coach (ex-player) 2 years experience at GA State
2) WR Coach and recruiting coordinator (ex-player) 0 years coaching experience.
3) RB Coach (ex-player) 0 years coaching experience.
4) TE Coach/Passing Game Coordinator. (high school coach friend) 0 years coaching experience.
5) Defensive Coordinator/LB Coach (friend) 0 years coaching experience.
6) Co-Defensive Coordinator (old college buddy and high school coach) 0 years coaching experience.
7) DE Coach ( old college buddy ) 0 years coaching experience.
8) Safeties Coach ( friend ) 0 years coaching experience.
That's about it . I'm very disappointed in Dabo's prideful arrogance since we won the last Natty. Clemson is not a place where you hire inexperienced coaches to learn as they go along. Dabo has become complacent and his success has made him forget what it took to get the top. I truly believe his intentions are admirable as it pertains to giving people a "shot". It seems to me that he has lost the love for the PROGRAM since he is monetarily set for life and he's making all of his friends rich along the way. It's really sad to see and I never in a million years would've thought money and success would've changed Dabo like this. I still believe that he'll do the RIGHT THING.
