games (usually) before playing them. Not sure who they play this year b/4 us...but we have a tough game with NCS.
What say you...other than they have a better scheduler than we do (aka: Swofford & Gang).

They play Wofford before us this year

and Wofford is one of the FCS teams you can not take lightly or they will be the biggest pain is the ### (us last year). In 2013 we're playing the citidel the week before.

which means SC has a cupcake opponent before we meet, which means they won't be tested as much as us and probably won't lose either....while in 2013 both teams are about even..with both having cupcakes (us with Citadel & they with Coastal Çarolina).

SEC does that for all their teams with ACC rivalries

SEC provides a non-conference slot for all their schools with ACC rivalries, and those schols usually fill the non-conference slot with cupcakes.
Florida gets a non-conference game the week before they play FSU.
Georgia gets a non-conference game the week before they play Ga Tech.
And SCAR gets a non-conference game the week before they play us.
The ACC has been slow to provide the same favor for its members, but looks like they may be doing that in the future.
