When a nation promotes gender dysphoria in its young children to include rather irreversible surgeries at the direction of those who are to young even to drive, that's a nation that simply doesn't care. As for pulling people off the streets, it's war and national sovereignty has always prevailed above other interests in such times - at least until recently. What would really be problematic is if they were allowing children to fight as young as we are pushing to have the right of genital mutilation.

explanation. Everything from climate change - intentionally placing us at a global disadvantage to authoritarian covid policy that was clearly not working. The fed has been transferring wealth to the top 1% at an alarming rate since the 2000 dot.com crash, 2008 recession, present money print, rate raise. If you wanted to destroy the west, you could not have picked a better way to do it.

The abnormal decadence and perversity is now considered normal. The original poster was focused on the moral fortitude of the Russians to say no to acceptance of the trans obsession and letting gender fluidity guide the mores of a nation and force-feed it to the point that if you don't use the right pronoun for a person, you can be fired and/or jailed. This is stupidity.
And, left-wing politics follow and espouse the class systems of socialism and communism - everyone under the thumb of the government and the elites.

It ain't so great. Most of where I went in Moscow and outside of Moscow felt run-down, polluted, and tired; infrastructure was awful almost everywhere too and much of the countryside I saw had people living in poverty. I know the US has it's share of bad areas (Detroit, rural Appalachia, San Franciso, Portland, parts of the NYC area, parts of SC for sure), but what I saw in Russia was worse. The fruits of corruption and Communism were...not good.
All that said though, a lot of the regular Russia folks I met on my trips were kind and helpful.
