you are, then don't worry at all about what others think. If you're being a good person, none of that other stuff matters.
Don't hesitate to talk a mental health professional if you want help sorting things out. It's nothing to feel self-conscious about. In fact, more people really probably need to.

If on desktop, you should see a little red icon by your profile icon in upper right. Either way, click that and go to T mail.
Not positive about mobile. I sent you a tmail, so you should be able to see a notification icon somewhere. Please respond if you'd like

I doubt that's true ... and even if it is, you have the power to change that, you just may need some help to get things turned around. Call your doctor or get to an ER, don't put it off. That is a critical, positive step.

Take a deep breath. You’re not hated by everyone. Before you go to bed tonight, think about one thing you’ll do differently tomorrow that you felt could have handled better today. One choice, one interaction. Work on that one. No more.

I’m glad you’re talking about how you feel. As one of the many who compartmentalize, it’s bacon become unhealthy.
You’ve gotten some good resources to draw from within this thread.
And at the risk of giving you too much unsolicited advice without knowing you or your situation, one of the tricks that’s helped me is to surrounded myself with people who are better than me, mainly brain and heart.
Take care-

Never give up. There are friends out there for you. Just stay away from toxic people.
If you need to talk with someone, here is some information for you: Dial 988 or 1-800-273-8255 for the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. 988 has been designated as the new three-digit dialing code that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (now known as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing Lifeline network. These trained counselors will listen, understand how their problems are affecting them, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.

Sometimes things just seem that way. And, usually, nothing could be further from the truth. Everyone has gone through tough times and dealt with things that seem insurmountable. The fact that you're asking for help is a very good sign. I urge you to go talk to a professional first thing in the morning. And, if things get very bad, go to the ER. Help is out there. And, whether you realize it or not, there are alot of people who care about you, some of whom you have never met. Hang in there. This will pass. You're already asking for help. Now, you just need to ask for it from a professional. Be safe and I hope to see you posting for years to come.

Seek help immediately. There may be a few doctors on these boards, but nothing could be worse than tigernet advice right now. Although a lot will make good points, your mental health is nothing to play with. At any age. Feel free to tmail me if you want to speak off board
Some resource:
In the U.S., anyone needing help can call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Or use the Lifeline Chat. Services are free and confidential. U.S. veterans or service members who are in crisis can call 988 and then press "1" for the Veterans Crisis Line. Or text 838255. Or chat online. The Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the U.S. has a Spanish language phone line at 1-888-628-9454 (toll-free).

I’ll also say that life is what you make it. I truly hope you know I’m not trying to make you feel worse. But the people you are around, the lifestyle you live, and even basic sleep all or just one of anything can affect you differently than lord of people.
Try to take control of small things. I sense you could have some level of anxiety. It’s a common thing.
Think about some of the most “hated” people. Donald Trump is an example here. Lots of people have many different opinions of him. Some people hate his guts and his face and everything about him. Some love him and think his face is terrific.
Whatever part of yourself that you may hate about yourself, I am certain 100% that there is at least 1 person in the world who sees it differently.
Everyone goes through different emotional experiences. So they see things differently.

You're going through a difficult time, but there are solutions for everything. You are in control and able to make the necessary changes. Write down what you are unhappy about with yourself and set goals. Focus on these daily and grow in confidence with every accomplishment. The relationships will take care themselves, when you take care of yourself.

I asked that you say a prayer as well. Ask God to show you a path to getting help and to surround you with people that are beneficial to you. God loves you unconditionally. Nothing about you currently, or in your past keeps God from loving you and desiring a relationship with you. Stay strong brother. It’s a crazy tough world we live in these days but there are many people around you that will stand in the gap with you. Ask God to open your eyes to see them. Please check in here tomorrow. Love you man!

I step back and...
3

1) remind myself that what many others project on me, are (many times) their own problems and not mine.
2) remind myself that very often, my thoughts are that of my ego, and not what's reality. (Read Eckhart Tolle for a better understanding)
Try to identify the emotional (ego) thoughts when they come to you and realize it's simply one side of your brain and not representative of reality. Mediation, writing in a journal and just focusing on your breath when you feel things are moving too fast really helps!
Hang in there.

insight to life, as I now view every day as a blessing to approach with optimism and thankfulness.
Fortunately, I learned that I don't really hate people, for without others life itself would be a pitiful existence. Thus, I engage daily in positive activities, be they work-related, volunteerism or simply work around the home. I, also, don't take myself too seriously, having developed over the years a wickedly humorous sense of self-depredation...meaning I enjoy making fun of myself.
Additionally, I relish my attempts to make others feel better about themselves...especially those younger than I...because I know of life's struggles, its highs and lows. Thus, I believe if I can brighten one other person's day, then my day has been worthwhile.
Stay on this site long enough, and I promise you will be surprised with the friends you'll make. That's because there are a whole lot of good people on here every day. Best wishes to you.

You've gotten a lot of good advice already, but I hope to add a few cents in.
Your first line said that "you" hate you. Self-loathing often results from mistakes and regrets. There's not a one of us who doesn't have those, although some are bigger than others. Where you've hurt others, make amends as best you can. Offer a genuine apology in person, by phone, or less personally by text, letter or email. Once you've done that, whether they forgive you or not, you've done what you could and you can begin to let go of the self-loathing. You'll also find that some people you thought hated you are seeing you in a better light.
Something I read recently came back to me here. "The opposite of love is not hate, but indifference." There is a lot of indifference in the world, I will say. People are very selfish and may not reach out and take you in like they should. It's not hate, though; it's just self-absorption. The way you can change the world is by changing yourself little by little. Perform a random act of kindness. Pay someone a compliment. Hold the door for a stranger. Smile. Approach every annoyance and inconvenience with the thought "will this matter to me a year from now?" and most of it won't.
I know some won't want to hear this, and you might not be at the point of receiving this message, but Jesus Christ offers forgiveness and acceptance freely. He can transform your situation into a more abundant life full of love and peace. I'll gladly share more if you would like.

There is no stigma with it.
One of the best things I ever did when I felt like I had no real friends was to seek counseling. My church had a Christian counselor who pro-rated his fee based upon income. One of the two best recommendations he gave me was that I knew what my problem was and what I needed to do. He then looked me in the eye and said, "Now, do it." The second, he told me that I would never be perfect until I was home with Jesus in heaven. After 30 years, I still remember and live those words.
Praying for you. Live is harder now than it was 30 years ago, but the advice remains the same.

I don’t know where you are located but find some nature. The lake, a beach, hiking trail in the forest. Go out and meditate in nature. Don’t think about anything. Just emerse yourself into nature. Concentrate on the sounds around you. Birds, wind, trees. Get to a place where all the toxicity is removed.
I have to spend a little time doing this often to “reset”
We live in a toxic society. It’s not just you. You have to escape it and turn it off sometimes. The best way is to leave your phone in the car and just go off into nature.
