MASTERS, anybody think Lucas Glover has a shot at green jacket

He is in the field at least. With the LIV guys back it would be awesome to see the PGA guys stay at the top of the leaderboard. With Johnson, Koepka, Rham along with other great golfers it will be difficult but seeing Lucas play well and have a chance would be really cool.
Also, does Tiger make the cut ?? If he can stay even par over 2 days I would be surprised, although he knows the course better than anyone along with Phil.

Koepka, Rahm, & Cam Smith in my masters pool. Glover has .0001%.
Don’t care what golf league they play in. I enjoy watching the best guys play this course.

unfortunately has been Lucas Achilles Heel for most of his career. He hits as many good iron shots as anyone out there. He just has to have a GREAT putting week to have a shot.

I know this is a very unpopular take; but. LIV might be the best thing to happen to the pga. Bear with me. The purses for all of an events were too low. Proof being the pga has tried to make purses closer to LIV purses. Competition drives better conditions. I hate the PGA. I think they have been the biggest issue in golfing. I just wish those bank rolling the LIV tour weren’t from the Middle East. Quite honestly, if I were a pro and offered a LIV spot I’d take it. 8&9 figure purses alone are enough to bring most over. By raising the pga purses, the pga proved they’ve been holding out for years. The players deserve their share.

Lucas mentioned recently that he has lost some distance off the tee. He is currently ranked 175th in driving distance. Augusta is 7600 yards long. I think a top 20 finish would be a good result for him.

Hope so. Needs to focus on just making the cut first. Did you watch the full swing documentary on Netflix? It’s really good (most of them).
