With basketball slowly getting underway, how many people think brownell has what it takes to keep his job after this season. I believe he is a great coach and recruitor, and clemson would be stupid to let him go. I believe he will do a good job if they leave him alone and let him work.

me it is a young team but the talent is there and developing. no reason to change w the LJ rebuild anyway. Let him keep doing what he is doing. I dont think we'd get anyone better and in spite of the occasional misstep like Auburn I think he is building a decent team and will get the program on a solid footing.

You can't determine the success of a coach by the number of kids who transfer out of a program. IF you are recruiting well, you will have kids transfer every year because EVERYONE wants playing time and only five can play at once. Look for more transfers as BrownL improves his team. Next season will be highlighted to two of the best players Clemson has had in some time. Someone has to go. Brownell has it!

I agree I think all the abspects are there and more are coming. The acc is a tough conference to play in especially basketball. If you as a coach wins 20 to 25 games a year you have done a good job. I think we will be a force in basketball just gotta be patient. Oliver left the program in bad shape and the way he left. Anyone seen his win loss record at DePaul.
