Jack's speech to them at the end. Make sure you are there for it. It is worth the cost of the camp alone. I've heard it 5 or 6 times and it is very good. Even if he doesn't stick with baseball, Jack points out things that any kid can use.

My son enjoyed it

he attended last summer when he was 14yrs old. They keep the kids busy from about 6:30am to 7:00pm with baseball drills, games, etc...so by the time they go to bed they are dead-tired. He loved it. I really think its ideal for the 9-14 year old crowd.
Unfortunately, this summer all of the dates interfere with his travel-baseball schedule so he can't go.

one of the best baseball camps around. My son is now a Senior in HS and is top 100 pitcher in country. He has been up to 7 summers and many kids go with him. It is a very well organized and run camp. Coach Leggett is on site at all times. The kids have three sessions a day. One being position specific going over drills and techniques. The second being with a team from their age group where they work on defense and hitting and the third being a game. It is all baseball, by the end of the week the kids will be dead tired but loved every minute of it. Jacks involvement and the other collegiate guests coaches is what sets this camp apart from others. Current Clemson players that stay during the summer also help. Well worth every penny

to the half day camp for the first time. Some of his friends went last summer and loved it. I don't know how much the format has changed since I went to Wilhelm's camp as a 12 or 13 yr old(in 1988 or 1989, but I have very fond memories. I can remember a very inspiring speech by Coach Wilhelm as well at the end. I also remember that they made everyone of the kids under high school age play every position on the field. It happened to work out that I had to play catcher for the first time in my life and the pitcher was my friend that always caught me when I pitched during YMCA and JV ball.

Hey look its this pathetic guy taking shots at me in a thread that I have nothing to do with.
You are one strange guy. Stay obsessed.
To give the rest of your idiotic post a response. I would in fact send my son to this camp. It is a Clemson camp and they are only that age for so long.

It is a really good camp. I have had a number of high school coaches tell me that it is one of the best camps out there and they work a number of different ones. I also agree about the end of camp speech. I've heard it several times and it never gets old. Lot of lif lessons there. I doubt anyone who has been or sent their son to a Jack Leggett baseball camp think he is arrogant or an #######. He comes across as very nice and sincere.

i am sure this is sarcastic, but the last thing you would have shoved down your throat at a Jack Leggett camp is religion.
Bad bunting techniques and how to tandem cut a ball in the gap - yes. religion - no.
