Since former titles are kept when acknowledging a former political member, such as: Senator so&so, VP so&so..

thus, President TRUMP…who has a 50-50 chance to regain that title.

You generally refer to them as their former title before president example governor Clinton senator biden.

So in trumps case it would be celebrity apprentice host trump.
