for 1.5%ers at Memorial Stadium......IPTAY needs to look into this. TDA/TDJ and TDK/TDT would be the logical choices.

I was thinking the corners of the upper decks, which can get sparse at times.....but this is a solid plan.

Put in ramps like Willy B in Cootlumbia? But they usually have more than 1.5 percent hanging out there to watch the game so they can quickly exit in the 3rd.
