I'm a casual Titans fan but told my wife a few days ago that he would probably get fired and not sure who they would get to do a better job. Their record hasn't shown it, but I think he's a really good coach.

His team played hard teh last game, beat Trevor. The players have said they like him. I agree, whos going to do better?

Titans fan here, unfortunately. Moved to Nashville and married into the team.
HUGE MISTAKE. Vrabel, Hopkins and Henry were our only positives.

Yes. Everything isn't the coaches fault. It's not possible to be a great coach and have a tough time at it?? I MEAN, THERE'S NO ONE ELSE THERE BUT THE EHAD COACH? smh

The mistake is with the owner and general manager. I don't follow it as much as I used to, but the owner seemingly randomly fired the general manager a few years back. Ever since then, they've made dumb roster and draft moves. Seems like drama, but basically saying that they really haven't had a good roster to work with.

I have a feeling that the Pats are going to keep Belichek. You look at the other teams wanting to get new head coaches...fire them ASAP so you have time to rebuild the staff while coaches and staff are available on the market. I kinda think Patriots would have fired him within a day or two of losing to the Jets if they were going to fire him.

I know it's difficult and breaks away from the popular knee jerk reactions . . but determining if a Coach is doing a good job is more than wins and losses. Every game, there is a winner and loser, right? Sometimes you get in a spiral. And we don't know whats going on inside any team. When I heard the Titan players still supported the Coach, I figured he was good. What's happening in NE ?? Has he lost the team or are they stil behind him? Thats more important to me.
