.... here is a synopsis.

The two folks on the top of the screen are the hosts. They are not lawyers. And, as the name of the podcast suggests, they are blatant pro-FSU fans. Do not take anything they say as something that you would hear from a fan of any school. "FSU good. Everybody else is evil."

The two attorneys, Danielle and Doug, are FSU law school grads and they are trying to be as objective as possible while admitting they are innately biased for FSU.

Here is their bottom line analysis:

1. The judge will not dismiss or stay the trial. It will proceed in NC.
2. The Clemson suit has also been given to him. He will at some point fairly soon merge the two trials.
3. Both were impressed with the judge and think that the judge will give FSU (and Clemson) a fair trial.
4. Both strongly believe that this case will never go to trial, but will be settled out of court.
5. Both say that when/if more schools (UNC et. al.) file suit it will be shifted to a federal court.

Asking a lawyers opinion. Shouldn’t all of these cases be heard in federal court since it involves groups from more than one state and laws are different from state to state?
