the trick with baby showers is to get so loaded, that you are never asked to attend another one. So the harder the liquor, the better.

I once got off at 3AM. The town was closed, the Bride did not want me waking her as she had to work the next day. Some of us would sit in the parking lot, play the car radio and drink. You could get pints from the Yellow Cab dispatcher. WBT would play Lester Road Hog Moran for us.
