Last thing in the world they would want is due process. He'll never be charged. If he was then people like Pelosi would be called and her cell records subpoenaed. Ray Epps (FBI plant) would be called. The 14 hours of missing video would be introduced, the rejection of NG troops by Pelosi and mayor Bowser would be introduced.
