If DJ struggles, can Dabo swallow his pride and put Cade in?

Or is he out to prove the "vocal minority" wrong come hell or high water? If Cade comes in and the offense looks better, it blows up his narrative and proves him wrong on the national stage. Will he put team over ego/DJ? We find out tonight. PLEASE do the right thing Dabo. Go Tigers!

Agree with @foresttiger it’s a dead horse. But 2 points - the “vocal minority” is a majority, and if DJ is leaving after 2022, how is Clemson getting better by tossing him back out there?

Sadly, probably not in time to make a difference. I hate to say, or even think, that's true, but there is no real indication that it would happen. Let's just hope we jump to an early lead that's big enough for us to hold onto through an agonizing stretch of trying to hold on the a win, rather than make the difference big enough that the win is a cinch. I'd like to see that, but I have zero confidence it will happen, instead of another squeaker.

I hope Cade does not play one minute. Don't want to see Cade in a last gasp situation in which he could get injured. It's next year or bust.

Honestly I hope we don’t see him except maybe some set plays for a series if that’s something they have in mind … bc judging by the ND and especially scar game the only way cade gets in is if we are losing by a couple scores and it’s prob too late … if the game is halfway close dj will finish it and prob bc everyone knows by 12 pm min he will be in the portal , just my guess but iv been wrong a lot in my life lol

Dabo has set DJ and played Cade once this season. The idea that he wouldn't sit DJ if, and when he thinks it's needed is a conceptual error.
