If Clemson retains Coach Brad Brownell

Does anyone on this board believe he can win the ACC regular season, the ACC tournament or even get to the final four of the NCAA tournament? With the talent he had this season why did the record not reflect the talent? Why do you believe it will be better next year? Another question why did the best player Clemson basketball has seen in many years maybe ever not play very much last year. A wasted year for PJ Hall.? Take all emotions out of the decision and if you can answer yes to the first question, sign him to a long term contract for what the top basketball coach in the ACC makes, if not it is time to move on.

Why the "IF"? Has anyone in the school hinted he would not be retained? Did you not read David Hood's story on the subject? In the face of all evidence, why would you continue to push a false narrative? How are you different than the stupid coot trolls when you are trying to harm our HC and Bball program?
Help us understand your motives before we make a wrong assumption.

There is no false narrative. Please read the post. I asked some difficult questions to answer. But questions that everyone who loves Clemson Basketball ( not Brad Brownell) needs to be asking themselves. Then ask you to draw a conclusion. If you really believe in him pay him the big money to keep him here.

There is no if so it is a false narrative. Just like the coot trolls you are trying to introduce strife and drama in our ranks so please stop it immediately. As a side note if your post would be applauded on FGF then maybe as a tiger fan you should not post it.

I guess you must be a better judge of talent than the ACC coaches and media who vote on awards. We were good at PJ's position when he was able, decent at strong forward when Tyson was able, too short at small forward and shooting guard and marginal at point. All of that changed when we shot the ball well because at the end of the day, that is what determines whether you win or lose.

So you’re saying the talent reflected the record. Then why do you believe the record will be better next year?

I think next years goal should be to make the big tournament and in the top half of the league. Guards are undersized and that position you need great play to excel deep into any tournament

I am not BB fan but his team played hard, never quit and could have easily won several more games. I believe he will get one more year.

I still have not heard an answer to my questions. I hear a lot of emotional answers. But I am asking if you believe CBB can win the ACC regular season, the ACC tournament or finish in the final four of the NCAA Tournament.
