I want to make sure I am understanding this correctly.

Perhaps Lowcntry_Tiger® and CharlestonTom® can help me out.
1. COVID has been blown out of proportion by the media, CDC, WHO, FDA, federal government, hospital systems, etc. in an effort to mislead, manipulate, and control. 2. The actual number of cases stated aren't real, and we should not trust the data due to faulty testing and/or deceitful reporting practices. 3. The number of deaths from COVID also aren't real, and we shouldn't trust the data due to faulting documentation and an agenda to make the pandemic seem worse than it really is. 4. People shouldn't be wearing masks because they don't work. 5. People shouldn't get the vaccine because it doesn't work. 6. We should go back to our normal lives immediately because most people aren't going to be harmed by COVID.
I just want to make sure I'm fully understanding here.
Thanks in advance.

I really don’t care if people take the shot or not. It’s an individual choice. What ress as lily ticks me off though is when people discredit my natural immunity having had covid. My choice to not take the shot is simply because I feel I don’t need it having had covid. My choice is based on sound medical science by the way.

Did you really just say that to me? Vaccinated can and are spreading the virus. Good grief.

"Sounds medical science" is a misnomer.
It is only in the last two weeks that we have seen studies which showed impactful immunity protection from previous infections of having Covid. Before that, there was conjecture on protection based on expectations from other types of diseases. However, no one knows how long the protection lasts. No one. Could be 5 years, could be 3 months. But this isn't a one and done scenario for protection.
This study shows that infection does provide protection but infection plus vaccination gives you significantly more cover. So "sound medical science" still says GET VACCINATED.
https://www.sciencemag.org/news/2021/08/having-sars-cov-2-once-confers-much-greater-immunity-vaccine-no-infection-parties
"In another analysis, the researchers compared more than 14,000 people who had a confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection and were still unvaccinated with an equivalent number of previously infected people who subsequently received one dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. The team found that the unvaccinated group was twice as likely to be reinfected as the singly vaccinated."

If we’re going to quote “studies” we could play that all day. I have a medical background and I understand how the human body works. I’ll go with natural immunity and what I’m observing with reinfections. My wife and I just got back from Duke. She saw 3 doctors. None of them asked if we had been vaccinated. One nurse asked. I said no but we’ve had covid. She said “oh then you don’t need it”. My point is there are plenty of folks in the medical community who do not discount natural immunity. I do realize I won’t convince you. I really don’t care to. But you sure as heck are not qualified to discount what I believe.

I mean this article is from Dr. Malone himself...the champion of the anti-vaccinated crowd.
If you want to take your chances you go for it dude. But don't come crying when your health insurance increases. Can't board a plane. When you can't attend a concert or a restaurant.
I am coming at you from a place of care over the long term. The pile of evidence supporting vaccination out weighs just non-vaccination. But as the Black Sheep said "the choice is yours"

I understand what you’re saying but increased insurance premiums , inability to boards a plane , etc does not negate natural immunity. I think I’m right on this and as you say it’s my choice. I respect the choice of others to be vaccinated. But I will not be mandated.

"I will not be mandated"
I just don't understand over bearing selfishness in this statement. I feel sad for people who go through life like this and show zero compassion, empathy or respect for their family, friends, colleagues and others.
I may be wrong on the vaccine...It may kill me. I may be wrong on masks....but its a minor inconvenience I may be wrong in social distancing...but i don't mind it
BUT I know i tried to protect others. I know i did my best for the community. For the people who can't help themselves.
This attitude of yours, i simply can't comprehend. And I am sure your god doesn't understand either.
Love your neighbor as yourself apparently doesn't apply to middle American males.

Ok I’m trying to be nice but my goodness you are slow. Natural immunity is real and many well respected people in the medical community consider it better protection than the vaccine. I agree with them. Selfish? No, I’ve done my part, I’ve had covid! Can I spread the virus ? Sure and so can you in your vaccinated condition. Why is that hard to understand. If you want to argue about not wearing a mask being selfish regardless of vaccine status that’s a better argument. But my personal choice in personal protection has absolutely nothing to do with selfishness. If I had not had covid I would be more inclined to take the vaccine. Can you understand this now? If not I’m done trying to explain.

I hate this argument at this point because its fueled by nothing but emotion, no logic or reason
"You're selfish", "You're immoral", bs
At this point everyone eligible can get a vaccine. If they chose not to so be it. If you are at risk I think it's unwise to not get it, I also think it's unwise to stuff your face with greasy fatty foods and not work out for 40 years. But people do that all the time, I don't see anyone advocating for BMI passports with fatties being denied their sodas and oreos at the grocery store.
"That's different, being fat doesn't harm others, you can pass the virus". It's been proven many times now that vaxed, unvaxed, natural immunity can all catch and carry and transmit the virus.
"But you're putting kids at risk who aren't eligible for vax"
Thus far TOTAL so 18 months of data
0-14 total deaths: 45,317 0-14 years old: 272 deaths from covid- 0.6% total deaths for age group 0-14 year olds: 1923 deaths from car wrecks-4% total deaths for age groups
0-14 year olds obviously can not drive, they had zero control over that situation, someone elses actions 100% lead to their deaths. There are hundreds of studies out there showing the lethal speed of car crashes is right around 40 MPH (where chances of dying start to significantly increase) & at 20 MPH it is a 99.99% survival rate.
Essentially you are nearly 7x more "selfish", "immoral", "risking kids lives", every time you get in your car and drive over 40 mph which i'd assume pretty much everyone does every day. Are you going to stop driving over 40 mph? Are you going demand car companies govern cars to only go 20 mph? it might take longer to get to work but will save tons of lives, and prevent countless debilitating injuries. I'm sure you're not, so do you even really believe what you claim to believe?

Every year we have deaths from seasonal respiratory disease caused by viruses. Some years are worse than others. This year is one of the bad ones. But by no means is there some crazy killer pandemic spreading around that warrants all of these totalitarian / Fauscist government measures.
What you are seeing is the convergence of common interests between powerful institutions in order to mislead the medical community and mislead the public. It's not that big pharm got in touch with the MSM and said "hey let's do this together" it's just that the MSM loves emergencies and big pharm loves fat government contracts for experimental drugs so their interests just happened to line up. The government loves power and control and, just as they used 9/11, they jumped at the chance to use this scam.
I don't know exactly what happened or exactly why people believe these criminals, all I know is that the official narrative is bullsh*t. I don't have time to get into the weeds of every detail, but it all goes back to fake science using computer models. All of the studies that support the current narrative are based on fake data generated by computer models, not the real world.
