but i do not look forward to the notion of going to the SEC of BIG
my experience with the fans of the teams in those conference is like original Jake from State Farm.. hideous. those conferences are full of NC State aholes and i do not look forward to associated with "THOSE" people.
I promise you Geeville tiger will NEVER own a SEC item and will NEVER ever ever cheer for the SEC.
Clemson today, Clemson yesterday, and Clemson forever..

my only experience to date with the bIG has been with Ohio State fans. They actually make NC State fans look like good people. UGA fans are still the absolute worst.. the worst Jerry.. the worst.

In a perfect world I would love to stay in the ACC but if you want Clemson to stay competitive the move has to happen 🤷♂️🤷♂️

This is where I’m at currently. I love the easy path to the playoff coming in a couple years but if we don’t move we may just have an annual date to lose in the first round. The funding and exposure of moving is too much, also with where things may be moving that auto bid in the ACC may go away (super conference leagues and a separate from the NCAA championship).

Will actually like having good home games majority of the time again but I’m never going to cheer SEC like the other idiots do. The only way to stay competitive long term is to move conferences won’t be able to overcome the financial deficit much longer. Also thinking about Dabo recruiting in the SEC is scary think about the kids that would come to Clemson but want to play in the SEC for exposure

You love playing Vandy, Kentucky, Mizzou and Mississippi State.
Half the SEC is trash every year. It may rotate around, but half is trash. For non-Clemson fans, USCjr is in that group. The same is true for the B1G, the "old" Big 12 and the "old" PAC 12 and it will be true going forward. It's just how it is. Every team can't be great.

The probability that the ACC is going to approve unequal revenue sharing is a joke unless Clemson and FSU have offers from the SEC or Big 12.

I would think unequal revenue sharing would expedite the process for those candidates that have other options to join the B1G. It would be a no win situation. We’re probably SEC bound

.... this is not at all surprising to me.
I'm sure there are lots and lots and lots a discussions, with universities and between universities, going on. Lots of lawyers are making lots of money doing their due diligence in legal research.
If this tweet is true I would take it to mean that at least one conference has let it be known to both schools that an invitation is waiting as soon as they are able to accept it.
