If dementia Joe and his minions get another term in the white house I would welcome it. It's a much better way to go out than the slow and painful death by a thousand cuts that would await us over the next 4 years

An unprecedented close-up
The close approach Mr Farnocchia referred to will happen on 13 April, 2029. On that date, the asteroid is expected to pass within 32,000 km of the Earth's surface.
That is about one-tenth of the distance between the Earth and the Moon.
During that 2029 close approach, Apophis will be visible to observers on the ground in the Eastern Hemisphere of Earth, which includes Asia, Africa and parts of Europe. No telescope or binoculars will be required.

Meh. They will have added at least another 1,000 previously undiscovered objects to their N body orbital calculations in the next two years to change impact to:
1. Direct hit
2. Stay at 32,000 miles
3. Push it out between 100,000 and 200,000 miles
This doesn’t even take into account updating the latest version of Microsoft Office Suite, perturbations due to anticipated climate change, collapse of the moon’s mass and effects on Earth’s gravity as a result of a denser mass and lastly the more meaningful changes of the HPOIC (head planetary object in charge) the Sun with mass coronal ejections in its solar maximum that could slightly disturb either orbit.
