Tonight, we are having salmon, fresh squash from the garden, rice pilaf, seven layered salad (she's bringing) and some deer summer sausage and cheese on the grill for an appetizer. Washing it down with some Crown and coke along with some music of her choice.

Filet mignon for the adults, a GIANT ribeye for the kids to split, steamed broccoli seasoned and drizzled with EVO, lemon juice and topped with fresh grated parm, mushrooms and onions in a beef broth concoction, and three cheese bread loaf from the Kroger…. Washed down with beer!

Baked phyllo mini cups stuffed with brie and apple cranberry chutney, braised short ribs in cabernet sauce with carrots and mushrooms, served over mashed potatoes, followed by leftover strawberry pie and whipped cream.

I used Costco rotisserie chicken meat and made a chicken udon with red pepper , celery , carrot , mushrooms , red and green onion.
It was a hit with the crew.
