Just finished making some Chicken and Dumplings.
Probably gonna re-watch one of our beatdowns of USCjr while I eat it. Always enjoy watching the chickens lose while eating chicken.

We must have just missed each other!!! Small world!!!
Made the short run to Rockingham and picked up Our Special Concoction Pizza:
A Jumbo Pizza with garlic butter sauce, diced tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, mozzarella & Parmesan cheese and grilled chicken . . . (would love to add artichoke hearts and spinach to it, but it is not an offered topping)
Expensive pizza, but it will feed us 3-4 times . . .
Oh - and a fresh romaine lettuce salad with sweet onions, grape tomatoes, English cucumbers, Parmesan and feta cheese atop . . . Olive Garden Italian Dressing for my Bride . . . freshly made Ranch with a splash of OG Italian for me.
Dessert later ???
Fresh fruit (fresh pineapple for my bride . . . Banana for me) with Chobani Lime Greek Yogurt (must add the juice of a whole lime to each serving!!!

Finished up the last of the black eyed peas from NY day. Made some sausage and rice and mixed it all up. TICH Jr #1 and #2 enjoyed it. Then had some of their Mama's homemade chocolate cake for dessert. That's some gooood eatin!
