Price has been a big reason for our 10-win season.

No doubt.
Hope he gets to end his career on a great note against WVU.

He got injured vs NCST and that game was already out of reach by then. Only game he really missed was USuC.

He got injured against Wake and didn't even play in the NC State game. Came back for USuC and had to sit out.

Historically, tight ends have not been drafted as high as other positions. Only a few NFL teams rely heavily on them. For many NFL teams, the tight end is an after thought.

Do you even watch NFL???

The tight end has become one of the most important positions-Graham, Gronkowski, Hernandez, Witten, Clark etc etc ...Look at Dickson of the Ravens #'s this year. This is what the offenses are looking for. It is so hard to cover a 6'7 240lbs TE

true, this is "the year of the tight end" but historically they aren't shown as much love as they have been this year. hopefully for Michael Palmer, DA, and those to come this is just the beginning of a new "trend"

Some club in Florida put Sammy Watkins and some other college players on a flyer to get people to come to the club. Sammy had nothing to do with it but the NCAA is investigating none the less

I took away a few things from his comments...

1) He isn't impressed with the S&C program 2) He isn't impressed with the guys we've recruiting thus far (though I think Jones, DeStefano and Guillermo are going to be studs). 3) If we can't get Davis to step up at the guard position next fall, we're in trouble.
With that said, I think he and Caldwell can get it fixed. I like the way he's setting the tone NOW instead of next summer.

If he does not get into the NFL....
He would be a great inspiration AND a great recruiter ... then again, its up to him if he wants to get into coaching (again, that is IF he does not get into the NFL)
