Uh the author(saying that loosely) was bragging about UGA, and only said a little about Clemson and FSU.

He said flat out he was a UGA fan and then basically discredited his own team and told everyone to pay attention to two truly dominant teams in the ACC that get no attention. The fact that he put all the bias aside and gave credit to a rival (as well as FSU) is pretty cool.
