Robin Williams as Adrian Cronauer in Good Morning Vietnam. It was even funnier since according the many in the cast it was completely adlibed by Williams, leading to the genuine laughing by the entire cast in the scene.

Funniest line was Billy Bob Thornton in Goliath talking to a female lawyer you sort of accused him of having ideas of a sexual nature. I can't repeat it here, but it was hilarious. Watch the Goliath series and find it!
