They would have not filed their suit the day after the ACC sued them. It would have been a bad look for the ACC to be suing their member institutions for no reason. I’m pretty sure that would have opened the door for schools like Clemson and FSU to leave the conference.

You don't understand the legal system...FSWTC has a graduate as judge...that was a stupid move...probably grounds for change of venue?..AT any rate he will have to walk on egg shells.

They actually have a court date set for tomorrow in NC.

Thought the timing of Clemson filing, 3 days prior to their court date, was interesting.
