Curious question for you experts

If we get beat by FSU and then run the table and win the ACC Championship game and Louisville runs the table beating people the way they beat State. Do you think they could get into the playoffs and not us? I could see it happening because of espn love for Jackson especially if he wins the heisman. Lets face it they will jump us in the rankings if we get beat. I hope we just beat the dog crap out of FSU and that is our coming out game for getting it done the rest of the season.

Unlikely. They'd take Clemson as 1 loss champion (including the head to head) over UL.

No the committee has stated for a non conference champion to get in above a conference champion they have to be clearly better. The head to head shows that we are clearly better than Louisville.

But don't think one loss and an acc championship would allow them over us with is winning head to head. Now I'm not so sure they'd be left out if we lost championship and there were some 2 loss champs out there. I don't expect anybody else to give them a game. We need to take care of business and win out and control our own destiny.

I don't think so. If our one loss came against FSU and we win the ACC - we are still in. No way they would take a one loss Michigan/Louisville over a one loss conference champion.
