It's never more obvious the ACC is done as a league after today. If you can't get your 13-0 conference champ in, it's over.

The Jordan Travis injury was just an excuse. They would have found a way to put an SEC team in there. The committee was exposed today. It's about money and power and it's never more clear that the ACC doesn't have the swing it had just a few years ago and this is probably cause how CFB is realigning. They basically just signaled that if you aren't in the SEC or Big 10, in the future, your spot is in jeopardy.

This is a de facto an all Big 10 and SEC playoff. Washington joins the Big 10 next year, Texas joins the SEC next year. The committee is signaling these will be the only two relevant conferences going forward. Yes, other conferences will get in next year with 12 spots open but make no mistake, you're tempting fate by not being in those conferences and that is blatantly obvious after today.
