ACC Conference Office is a disaster

Never thought I would get to the point where I thought joining a different conference made since but with all the “reorganization and upgrades” they are terrible. It’s been great to be the best of the conference but it’s time to compete with the best of the best and be in a conference that has organization and administrators that know what the heck is going on.

Have had ACC Championship tickets for the last 5 years, donated to help our armed services families and every year it’s been the same crap. No communication on renewing tickets from prior year and every year have moved around to lesser and lesser club seats every year. No reason for lack of response but this year beats everything.

Have called, emailed, left voicemails since June. Directed to 5 different “marketing managers” even spoke with the guy from last year that works now for Gamecocks in Columbia. No wonder now.

Time for change. Grass in the other pasture may not be any better but at least they may have grass.

PS. I’m sure like the rest of you, I get an email about tickets to see the Louisiana Bulldogs just about every week. ???

I got my renewal notice last week. I had no problem going into my account and getting 2022 tix. I feel your pain though. I had the same problems in the past.

Yes, and I’d be confident they have enough degrees to clutter their offices, but don’t appear to have enough sense to run the conference.

I emailed them and they got right back to me a few minutes later. I wanted to move my seats and it happened within minutes.
