A private helicopter lands in your hood. Cool or Hell No?

Yesterday, in a neighborhood right next to ours, someone's brother came into town with his private helicopter and landed it in a clearing that is apparently the hood's private HOA property. Reactions in the community Facebook group have ranged from "Oh #### that's cool" to "that's private property you ####### ### hole!" (I added the expletives because that's what I do)
Then the person offered to have her brother take kids up on private rides. Same responses. Their HOA president is threatening police action.
I live in a very strange place.

They never would drive it out of the neighborhood though...they'd crank it up and look at it for awhile in the driveway, sit on it for a few minutes, and maybe drive it to the back of the hood and back. Of course they had about 8 'Look Twice Save a Life' signs in their yard. I'm sure that guy does too.

As well as a huge steel empty car trailer, TWO newer F250(s) (aprked literally in the yard) and a flag pole in the middle with a black US flag/blue line in the middle.
His whole yard is filled up with...stuff. Maybe he just can't fit anything in the back yard, I dunno.
He lives right next to the family with "Slow children playing" stick figure signs, and a permanent soccer net at either side of their front yard.
I guess their back yard is filled up, too.

If so, no problem. If not, either get permission or just land at LRO. Problem solved.
(Even Crash has had to use LRO. Sad, I know)

It wouldn't bother me if it were every now and then. Someone has set up a shooting range across the lake and some of my neighbors have the same response. "We need to call the authoritiiiiiiieeeeessss every time they do it"
You know who get the most mad about this kind of stuff? People who don't really have money but are trying to keep up with the Jones's. They just got reminded of their actual socioeconomic status and it pisses them off.
