Well, although the NFLPA and DW have stated they want appeal, the NFL and Goodell have 3 days to rule for longer. Hopefully not the case but I have no faith in Goodell, though the owners are not held accountable for their indiscretions.

You are 100% correct, he should be on his knees giving thanks and praying for guidance in keeping himself on the right path moving forward. We live and hopefully learn.

I was hoping he might appeal and get it down to maybe 4 games but he says he will not appeal. Let’s hope the NFL does the right thing as well and this can be put in the rear view mirror.

which is why DW won't appeal provided, of course, the league doesn't exercise its right to increase the duration of the suspension recommended by the judge.
