Kevin Wilson of Charleston, 5’7 & age 54, has not only dropped weight and kept in off last 9-12 months but has alleviated many ailments he had including heart condition, diabetes2, skin issues, insomnia, acid reflux, snoring, more strength & energy, etc.

He eats 2-3 meals a day, from all the meats allowable (beef, steak, fish, roast, chicken, etc) but loves thick range-fed steaks with more fat the better for the best results, pure bacon, pasture-raised eggs and lots of sea real salt and water.

He has a Daughter who recently graduated from Clemson (Rebecca) and a Son (Daniel) who is a student at Tigertown now.

He has not gotten to his desired weight yet of 190-195lbs and waist of 32-33 but has gone from a size 46” waist to size 34-36 now.

Kevin’s hobbies are tailgating at Clemson for FB, weight& power lifting and racing drag cars.

You can watch a You.Tube video of him being interviewed from his home (has Orange shirt on and mentions Clemson and Go Tigers) on the HealingHumanity site.

Go Tigers & Congrats Kevin!

we're his hobbies weight / power lifting before switching to this diet?

If not, they are probably the better indicator of how he lost so much weight.

Being 5'7 and 310 lbs means you got there by being really sedentary

I consider standing from a sitting position as weight/power lifting.

You can’t do enough exercise to overcome a bad diet so his eating habits would be the driver

I think I am going to cook a steak tonight for dinner

I can get ribeyes at the Publix for $37.50 a lb. I find that if I use the self-check-out I do not have to pay for the steaks provided I leave them in the basket. If I get caught, I just pretend I am incredibly stupid and forgot, silly me, then go inside and pay, but this has yet to happen. Most service industry workers will respect you more for ripping off their employers because they are underpaid and hate their jobs. You become like a bonnie and clyde type persona to them. heck, I once had a young store check-out girl witness me walking off with an entire watermelon and she ended up going home with me that night.

it is good to be me, especially on steak night.

plus his power lifting days were back in high school & college age..So NO, his success is totally upon diet and as he got to better health with renewed energy..he started walking and then back to doing 2-3 30 minute sessions per week at gym.

This diet is unreal..so much so that my 57 yr old former body builder S-I-L had to get off it partially since he started to lose too weight and looked skinny so now on a partial Keto/Carnivore diet.

One gets off all carbs, fruits & veggies but must take a few supplements to help with things like vit C.

Oh, all Carnivores brag about not getting sun burned, having untold energy, less to no brain fog, sleeping better, no snoring and some have fixed their low Testosterone levels.

If I was fat and having a lot issues AND could cook, I’d go on it in a flash!

I don't care much for the carnivore diet movement.

You eat a few carbs and all the sudden, your metrics start to go off the chart. Every human can and should metabolize carbs; just not more than their daily dose. If you eat less, all the better, but if your metabolism adjusts to simply lower rates, the likely you'll sustain longer is much better.

they have to pack a cooler with pre-cooked burger patties or steaks so to tailgate within their diet..

and when staying overnight at a hotel it’s difficult to find the few foods they need when eating at a restaurant, they occasionally hit a Waffle House and order a large plate of 4-12 eggs & bacon strips and/or a steak..all cooked in a good fat.
