Nah that’s crazy talk. We have never built OL depth under Dabo. And then we say we are snakebit when injuries pop up.

OL performance has not been good the last 2 seasons. Guys have not panned out. Trotter is a former walk on. He would never sniff PT at Bama, OSU, UGA, OK, etc. It has to get better. This is a bottom line biz. There is hope with Leigh, Tate and Pennington along with the 2 OT we inked this yr. We’ll see.

Offensive line was (good) last 3 games or so but the opponents were rather weak and the starters had to play practically every snap.

I believe he is making the point that we need to recruit more OL to be ready when injuries and other things happen.
