2019 ACC Network?

Who will be the leading figure on this network? Finebaum is the one for SEC. I hope it is someone who knows football during that season. They can get Billy packer for basketball. For football, just do not get someone from "up North". I can get enough of that from BTN.

Got my money on Tommy Bowden . He'll have a couple of weekends of tremendous professionalism and sterling results , followed by a down week where he gets his mic clip caught in his zipper .... and it will play out like that for 9 or so seasons .

And for an announcer, that would be perfect.
Actually this is a role that fits TB perfectly. Excellent need for football knowledge, no emotional requirements, and when things go off the rails, remain calm and change the subject.

Tommy Bowden, Bobby Bowden, Frank Beamer and Mack Brown all are possibilities. Danny Kannell, Tajh Boyd as color analyst also, there should be a big place for Mark Packer. Just a thought.

According to the EXPERTS at "eSECpn", the ACC is a basketball conference, not football. I think they will hire B/B experts, not football.

Versatility and history leads me to believe Mark Parker has the inside track if he wants it.

Roy Philpot might have a shot at a larger role as well.

Hopefully Philpot and Tajh have some kind of roles there. Tommy, Vilma, Roddy Jones probably would all have a part to play.
It won’t be Kanell as he’s with Fox now

They're going to be showing a lot of ACC lacrosse, rowing, soccer, and softball.

I would like for Will Merritt to be one of the football people. His outlook from the trenches would be great.

Well it would be nice to know what is going on in other sports at Clemson. The Newsless Courier sure does not report it.

I assume you mean Mark Packer. Billy is getting up there in age.

When it comes time for basketball season, Billy Packer still knows more about basketball than all the others.
