Why not limits on portal use?........

Each school can only claim two players from the portal each year for example. Then rich schools like Texas or A&M couldn’t have big money donors provide funds to buy 7 or 8 five star players from the portal using the NIL excuse. If there are no restraints, only the richest schools will ever have a chance at the CFP. What ideas do you guys and gals have? There needs to be some kind of control..

The proposed solution by the former Texas tech coach is a huge step. Can't remember who posted it or what his name is. It needed refinement and tweaking but if enough coaches and schools demand it, it'll get done.

Yes let’s get more rules and regulations. No but wait, we don’t want too many rules. I don’t like socialist business models. No but wait, it seems to work for the NFL. Maybe CFB needs a czar. But no, that sounds Russian. Maybe a governing body. But we want less government. But it seems to work for the NFL.

Now, failure to recognize the monster they begat with that change only serves to reenforce my belief in the inanity of the revision.
