....chaining it to a basketball conference. Is this:
A. Incredibly stupid
B. All that could be gained from any media networks
C. The Bobby Bowden approach. Be in a conference so incredibly weak that you only have to win that one game a year from the lone team in your conference that might have a chance to beat you.
The SEC has no hostage fee to get out.

I would say UT should try a week conference but you can’t even handle the powerhouse division that has the Coots, Vandy, Kentucky, Mizzou, and a decade watered down Florida team.

Won two additional national championships, two runner ups, and two semifinals, six conference titles. beat Auburn four times, Georgia once, texas am twice, Bama twice, ohio State three times, notre dame three times, Oklahoma three times.
What has your football school done in that time? Lostt to Georgia State, lost to S. Carolina a few times, lidt to Vandy three peat, ncaa investigation. Lot of good that money's done yall.
What's Tennessee's record vs the ACC since 2002. I remember a wild overtime win vs Georgia Tech, but seems like losses to Clemson, Maryland, UNC

Just pitiful for years now. They want so badly to be relevant again and just can’t get there. They’ve gone through multiple coaches that couldn’t get them there. Really the only thing they have to brag about is Peyton Manning playing there but he’s been gone for around 25 years.

Bobby Bowden’s approach was destroying most anyone from anywhere for almost 15 seasons from 1987-2000. Had there been a playoff in the late 1980s/early 1990s, Bobby Bowden might’ve had two or three more national championships than the two he did win in 1994 and 1999. Florida State would have owned any league in which they played during that run, so how about giving Coach Bowden and his teams a little more credit where it’s due?

I like Bobby ...... a good Southern man but you know as well as everyone that FSU could have went into the SEC but Bobby wanted his football team in a basketball conference to have an easy schedule. That way he could have an outstanding record every year.
