Duke. The guy who texted me would know for sure. It seemed weird to me at first, but I do think it would fit Tony's personality and if you can go 7-5 at Duke, you have major stability or could parlay that into a bigger job.
This was before the UVA job opened up. I don't know if UVA wants Elliott but I know he is interested.

I would hope Duke's bar is a little higher than 7-5. Coach Cut and Duke did win the Coastal and went to the ACCCG in 2013 after all.

And it may not stop there.
New HCs like Elliot and Venables (if it happens) will then need to fill out their staffs, so we could lose a few assistants, too.
Good thing Dabo develops his coaching bench, too! We have staffers getting 'poached' every year--Dabo wouldn't call it that, because it's just a necessary part of the industry--but we can expect a lot of turnover this year.

BV hasn’t gone anywhere. Duke may be good for TE to test the HC’ing waters (no big expectations since a BB school). In regards to our coaching bench, unsure who you’ve seen - we need real QB, WR, O-Line assistants that can coach and develop our players. The game has passed one, the others just unfortunate “OJT” inbred wannabe’s. If things remain the same, expect the same results.

You are dead on. We should pay for TE to go anywhere. We need good knowledgable coaches. they need to produce, not go backwards as we have done under TE
