Trip to Dallas...need advice.

Nov 29, 2012, 10:57 PM

Best place to eat in Dallas? Going to be in the North end of town near Addison.

Any suggestions on somewhere I have to get to?

If you like seafood, check out Chamberlain's Fish Market Grill. And if you like wine take the short drive to Grapevine, TX (amazing selection).

Addison has, or used to anyway, have more restaurants per capita than any city in the country. Lots of places to choose from just depends on what you want to eat/how much you want to pay.

Mi Cocina is really good mexican food if your into that (and they are all over the place in the area). Can't really go wrong with any mexican there though. Torchy's Tacos (North Dallas/Forest Lane area) is really good too, it reminds me of chipotle, but specifically tacos (I love their breakfast tacos). Bread Winners has really good brunch (Uptown). Maple and Motor for an awesome burger (Oaklawn area). If your looking for a really nice dinner, Papas Bros (Near Love Field airport) is a great steak house, as well as Nick & Sams (Uptown), and Baileys Prime Plus (Park Cities Area).

To be honest, I did not venture up to addison much when I lived in Dallas, but I am sure their are plenty of good restaurants their too.

Hope this helps!

Agree - any of the Papa's restaurants are good.***
