Tried Limburger cheese today.

So my youngest son loves to try new cheeses. It’s kind of his thing. And honestly, I don’t mind. I like cheese well enough and his bravery to try new foods is a quality that I appreciate. Now I’ve heard that Limburger has a rank smell but the taste is much better than the smell. But I’ve got to be honest, I wasn’t really prepared for the funk that this cheese emitted. It was rough. But we soldiered on knowing that the true value of this cheese was in its taste. Simultaneously we threw a chunk of the soft cheese into our mouths. I was the first to notice something was not right with the cheese. It tasted of urine with hints of toenail fungus. I swallowed mine but warned my son that he might notice a bad taste and may need to spit it out. Surprisingly he didn’t spit it out. Instead he vomited.
Limburger cheese is not good! Let this be a warning to you all. People will try to tell you that it is good. But they are liars. If you see Limburger cheese anywhere, throw it into the trash can immediately. It’s a trap that no one should be drawn into again.

I have to agree. My best friend is Italian and loves Limburger cheese. Made me want to vomit but held it down. Never again.
