What part of RPO do some of you never seem to get? Lawrence has the option to hand the ball off there or throw the screen depending on what his read is.

Or...... take it out of his hands and call a specific play call to ETN... Challenge your Offensive line to go get two yards with ETN getting the hand off...

Our offense is an RPO offense. We've won 2 NC's, made the playoffs 4 straight seasons, and are currently ranked #1 with it... We could've just as easily been stuffed for a loss on a run. Not ever play is going to work out every time.

All he needs to do is turn Trevor loose and let him throw it down the field to Ross and Higgins.......he really screwed that first series up with those BS bubble screens......not rocket sense here Tony.....Go Tigers!!!!

Honestly an assumption made on my part as its been discussed a few times that Elliott is the primary play caller in the booth with Jeff giving input on occasion. And normally,, the first series is pretty well scripted in most cases. A heavy dose of screens was more than likely planned.
